How to Win
Get your points
Every night of minimally 8 hours of time in bed (with a reasonable amount of time asleep) will get you 1 point.
If multiple participants have the same final points, creativity shown in the Instagram Stories will be taken into account as a judging criterion.
Stay in the lead
The leading participants of each week will be featured in a weekly leaderboard, which will be shared on Snooze to Lose Instagram Account. Check your weekly ranking to stay in the lead!
Sign up for the challenge to officially participate.
Download the Sleep Cycle application onto your phone (available on App Store and Google Play).
Track your time in bed on Sleep Cycle (at least 8 hours) every night, for as many nights as possible between 20 Jan 2020 to 20 Feb 2020.
Take a screenshot of your recorded hours after every night under the "Journal" tab on Sleep Cycle after every night, as shown below.
Upload each screenshot as an Instagram Story and tag @SnoozeToLose.sg.
Create an Instagram highlight reel to collate all screenshots and title it “#snoozetolose” for us to track your daily progress.
Make sure your account is public during the challenge and that you are following snoozetolose.sg on Instagram and Facebook to be eligible.
